Hello and welcome to Kymara Cornish Art!

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern your use of our website, your purchases, and your participation in our art and craft workshops. By using our website or making a booking/order, you agree to these terms, so please give them a quick read.

1. Who We Are

We are Kymara Cornish Art, a small, ocean-themed art and craft studio based in Cornwall.

2. Workshop Bookings

When you book a workshop:

Your spot is confirmed only once payment is received.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session may not be refunded, but we’ll always try to offer a reschedule if possible.
If we need to cancel (e.g. wild Cornish weather or studio emergencies), we’ll offer you a full refund or reschedule.
Workshops are designed to be safe, welcoming, and creative for all: please come with an open heart and mind and respect for others in the space.

3. Products & Orders

All our creations are handmade with love, so:

Slight variations are completely normal – that’s the magic of handmade!
We aim to ship items within 3–5 working days of your order.
If you're not happy with your item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. You canreturn it in its original condition for a refund (buyer covers return postage unless the item is faulty).
Custom or personalised items may not be returnable unless faulty, but we’ll always work with you to make sure you're happy.

4. Payments

We accept secure payments through trusted providers like Wix, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay or your platform of choice. Your payment information is handled securely by these providers: we don’t see or store your card details ourselves.

5. Website Content

All images, text, and artwork on this site are owned by Kymara Cornish Art (unless otherwise stated). Please don’t copy or reuse anything without permission: it’s all original.

6. Using Our Website

By browsing or using this website, you agree to:

Not use it for any unlawful or harmful activity.
Respect copyright and our creative work.
Be kind and respectful in any communication with us.

We reserve the right to make changes to the website, products, workshops, or these T&Cs at any time. We’ll update this page if anything important changes.

7. Liability

We do our absolute best to make sure everything is safe, enjoyable, and accurate. However, we’re not liable for:

Any loss or damage from using this website.
Any injury during workshops caused by not following safety instructions.
Postal delays or events outside of our control.

If there’s ever a problem, just reach out as we do care and want to resolve any issues
promptly.
